How to Earn and Redeem Points
Here are some frequently asked questions to help you get started on your ScandiKitchen Loyalty Club journey.
How do I start earning points?
Just sign up for an account with us online at ScandiKitchen, and you’re all set to start earning points with every purchase. Once you’re in, let the rewards begin.
How do I earn points?
For every £1 you spend, you earn 1 point. Just make sure you’re logged in to your account when you shop.
How can I check my points balance?
Head over to your My Account page and select Points and Rewards to see your balance, or simply click the My Rewards icon on the bottom left side for a quick peek at your points and rewards options.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem points, start by going to your My Account page and selecting Points and Rewards. Scroll down to My Rewards, where you’ll see Point Conversion. Click Redeem Now and enter the amount of points you’d like to convert into a £ coupon. When you’ve entered the amount, click Redeem, and a coupon for that amount will automatically be created. You can find it under Coupons on the same page, ready to be applied at checkout for instant savings.
What is the exchange rate on points?
100 points equals £1. 200 points £2 - and so on.
Can I use my points with other discounts or promotions?
Yes. Stack those savings unless a promotion says otherwise.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them. After that, any unused points will expire, so be sure to spend them while they’re fresh. Don’t worry - we’ll send you an email notification 30 days before your points expire, so you have time to use them.
What if I return something?
If you return an item, please note that points used for discounts are non-refundable. This means that any points you used won’t be returned to your balance, even if you return your entire purchase. For example, if you make a £40 purchase, use 500 points for a £5 discount, and pay £35, only the £35 will be refunded in the case of a return. Furthermore, any points earned from the item(s) you decide to return, will also be cancelled and removed from your balance.
What if I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please note that points used for discounts are non-refundable. This means that any points you used won’t be returned to your balance. Furthermore, any points earned from that purchase will also be cancelled and removed from your balance.
Can I share my points?
Points are just for you and can’t be shared or transferred to others. So, enjoy the rewards all to yourself - after all, you’ve earned them.
I checked out as a guest, what to I do?
Unfortunately, points can only be earned on purchases made while logged into your account. Guest checkout orders won’t accumulate points, so make sure you're signed in to enjoy your hard-earned points.

Share the Scandi love and save. When you refer a friend, they’ll get £5 off their first purchase, and you’ll earn £5 as a thank you. It’s a win-win.
How does the Refer a Friend campaign work?
It’s simple. Share your unique referral link with friends or family. When a friend (the “Referred Friend”) signs up for an account, using your link and makes a purchase of at least £25, you both score a £5 discount coupon.
How do I send a referral?
Just grab your personal referral link—it’s available through the My Rewards icon to the bottom left of your screen or by heading to My Account > Points and Rewards. Share away.
When do I receive my £5 discount coupon?
Once your Referred Friend signs up and completes their first purchase of £25 or more, your £5 discount coupon will be ready for you. And yes, your friend gets £5 off their first purchase, too.
Is there a minimum spend to use my £5 discount coupon?
Yes, to redeem your £5 discount, you’ll need to make a purchase of at least £25.
How do I add my £5 discount coupon at check-out?
You can either copy your unique coupon code and save it to apply at checkout. If you’ve already created an account and are logged in, you’ll see a message at checkout that says, "You have points earned choose your rewards Click Here." Click the link, and you’ll be shown an overview of your available coupons. Simply select the one you’d like to use, and it will be automatically applied to your order.
Where can I check my referral rewards?
You can see all your rewards under the My Rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen or by going to My Account and selecting Points and Rewards.
Can I refer multiple friends?
Definitely. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Each successful referral that meets the requirements earns you another £5 discount coupon.
Can I use my referral discount with other promotions or offers?
Yes. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, you can combine your £5 referral discount with other eligible offers.
