Norwegian creamed smoked cod roe paste. Best enjoyed on crisp bread or a sandwhich with boiled eggs.
Please note: This is a chilled product.

mills kaviar is quite simply the greatest product known to man. The salty little cod balls slipping down my throat take me back to being a little boy in norway scoffing too much and feeling sick. The idea that i can buy it in london now makes me very happy. it is far superior to kalles. serve disproportionately large amounts on hot toast with butter and even a poached egg and you will be in heaven.

When I first spread this on a cracker I thought it was salmon based.
I discovered that it is indeed cod! Who knew cod could be so tasty?
A little too salty, but incredible as a portable snack!

We originally tasted this delicious Kaviar Spread by Mills @ the Svanhovd Environmental Centre near Kirkenes up in the Norwegian Arctic close to the Russian Border! We're so excited that we can now repeat this experience much closer to home in Central London!

Like the previous poster, I'm half-Scannie too and miss my Kaviar hugely. And Geitost and so many other things. Skandikitchen, dear precious online store, please don't run out of our delicacies! We're yearning for the tastes of our childhood!

I am half Scandinavian and wait anxiously from trips from my grandmother from Oslo for my Geitost, Cocktailbite and most importantly - my Mills Kaviar!
...only last time my brother visited Norway, they confiscated his Kaviar to my utter desperation. I have been searching for a long time to find a UK seller and have now found you (I have just cheered in the office -getting some strange looks!)
Thank you for the deliverance of skandikitchen to the UK and I hope those of you who are Mills Kaviar virgins..it is an experience you will want to return to!
A salty, slightly sweet, smoky fish paste that is so moreish and one that I prefer on toast!
